Returns

All returns & exchanges are to be dropped off or mailed back to us at the customers expense. The package must be by us within 7 days for money back and within 14 days for store credit.  

Returns/exchanges are calculated starting from the date you were notified your order is ready for pickup / the date your order was delivered. 

Return and exchange eligibility:

• Unworn and unwashed items
• Clean and undamaged items
• Items with original tags attached
• Items in original packaging

Any items purchased on sale or with store credit are final sale.

Teethers, rattles, and pacifier clips are final sale.

Gift cards/Store credit are valid for 6 months and cannot be used to buy another gift card. 

 

Gift Returns

If you would like to return a gift, you have 3 weeks from the date of the gift receipt to return and receive store credit.

 

Gift Wrapping

We offer gift wrapping to make your purchase extra special.

• A flat fee of $3 will be applied to orders under $50.
• Orders over $50 qualify for free gift wrapping.
• To add gift wrapping to your order, simply select the "Gift Wrapping" product and add it to your cart along with your other items.
